August Health/Fitness Challenge (Update)

Hey guys! How’s it going? It’s been about two weeks now, and I wanted to drop in for a moment to give you all my progress report on my August health/fitness challenge.

So far I’ve lost eight pounds and about 2 1/2 inches off my waistline. I’m on track to meeting my Activity Move Goal as I have been doing at least 30 minutes of cardio every day. And, I’ve had absolutely no meat, dairy or alcohol. CHECK OUT MY RESULTS SO FAR!!!!

It hasn’t been as difficult as I thought it would be. My diet has consisted of a lot of fruits, nuts, veggies, and plenty of water. I do snack on kettle potato chips now and then. I plan on sharing a zucchini chip recipe with you guys just as soon as I make some time to experiment.
